What To Expect

Day 1

Opening statement, Fitness test evaluation (T-Test and Beep Test), Technical drills, 11 v 11 Scrimmage,.

Day 2

Tactical drills, SSG (Small Sided Games), 11 v 11 Games, Closing statement.

Signing Day

Welcome to your new team! You will be signing a contract with us.

What To Bring

Please bring the following the days of the tryouts:

I.D. Card
Signed Liability Form
Your boots & shinguards. Gloves for goalkeepers (GK)
Water (some will be on-site)
Any tape, pre-wrap, etc that you may need (a trainer will be there to assist, but not to do your prep)

Waiver/Liability Form

Please download and complete this form prior to the tryouts. Bring a copy with you along with an I.D. card.

You will not be allowed to participate without these items.
